Still proudly serving this great nation—on and off the battlefield. With over 20 years behind the smoker, I bring the same discipline, grit, and attention to detail to BBQ as I do in uniform. From tactical briskets to mission-ready ribs, I smoke what tastes right and delivers smiles with every bite. This is BBQ with honor, tradition, and a whole lot of firepower.
